Banana-Nut Bread(Very Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    3 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans, preferably)
Preparation
    Mix well oil, sugar, eggs and salt.
    Mix baking soda and buttermilk together.
    Alternate adding flour and buttermilk mixture to your first mixture until all is used.
    Add mashed bananas and nuts.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
