Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly,
    beat in sugar, then add oil.
    Sift dry ingredients
    together;
    add
    to
    eggs
    alternately
    with zucchini.
    Stir in vanilla and fold in raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 1
    well
    greased
    loaf pan or Bundt pan for 45 minutes.
