Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. white or yellow cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Bring milk to boiling point in saucepan. Stir in cornmeal. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Add eggs, baking powder, salt and butter. Beat. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
