Fried Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Remove bone from salmon.
    Add 1 egg and flour; mix together well.
    Heat oil.
    Dip salmon out with a spoon; cook in oil until brown.
    If you need to, you may add more flour to get salmon to stick together.
