Carrot And Ripe Olives Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 can ripe black olives, sliced
    oregano
    olive oil
    vinegar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots in rounds.
    Cook in a little water. Drain.
    While warm, add olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add olives.
    Mix well.
