Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. oil
1 egg white
1 tsp. water (will probably need more)
Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
May need to add more water.
Make 1 cookie at a time on lightly greased skillet or griddle.
Pour 1 teaspoon of the batter.
Spread to 3 1/2-inch circle.
Cook over low heat until browned, turn and cook 1 more minute, working quickly.
Put fortune in center of cookie; fold cookie in half and then fold again over edge of bowl.
Place cookies in muffin pan to cool. Enjoy!
