Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 c. oats
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Roll into small balls.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 14 minutes.
