Dutch Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/3 c. sour milk or orange juice
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts or cranberries
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with chopped apple and liquid.
    Fold in nuts or cranberries.
    Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0 in loaf pan.
