Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 Tbsp. warm water
7 c. plain flour
Preparation

Do not add yeast to any of these until they are lukewarm!
Cook potatoes until done.
I use that water to mix with.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and salt.
Mash potatoes and add margarine and add to eggs-sugar mixture.
Let yeast dissolve in the 3 tablespoons of water.
Add potato water and yeast, then the flour.
Let rise in refrigerator until ready to use.
Make in rolls.
Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
