Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can pumpkin (solid pack)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream margarine and add sugar gradually.
Beat in eggs.
Add pumpkin and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices.
Blend with pumpkin mixture.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in two floured loaf pans for 1 hour.
