Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    elbow macaroni (2 c.)
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a glass casserole dish, microwave 4 cups water for about 3 minutes.
    Add macaroni and cook 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
    Drain off excess water.
    Add cheese, butter, sugar, salt (sprinkle), pepper (sprinkle) and milk.
    Cook 3 minutes and stir.
    Cook an additional 3 minutes; stir and cover.
    (Use High power for each microwave cooking.)
