Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. fully ripened bananas, mashed (5 to 6 bananas)
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. sugar
nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Mix in eggs, bananas and oil.
Add sugar and mix.
Put into a greased and floured oblong bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes for 1/2 recipe.
