Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded or grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and sugar together.
    Add the oil, vanilla and zucchini to the eggs and sugar.
    Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Sift all together and add to top ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Mix well.
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Fill 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
