Sugar-Top Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
    In small bowl combine egg, milk and cooking oil. Add egg mix to the flour mix, stirring just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.
    Store tightly covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
