Banana Brownie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped California walnuts
2 ripe bananas, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with margarine.
In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with Eagle Brand, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in walnuts.
Place bananas on bottom of pastry shell.
Pour chocolate mixture over bananas.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
Cool.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
