Ingredients

1 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat or rice flour
1 c. oat or millet flour
Preparation

Cream
all
except flour.
(Make oat or millet flour by blending
grain
in
blender.)
Add
flour to creamed mixture. Form into balls.
Flatten on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
