Orange Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine eggs, melted butter, orange juice, orange peel and water. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir quickly until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in pecans. Turn into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Slice and serve with butter.
