Ensalada Nopales("Cactus Salad") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. jar nopales (cactus)
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 ripe avocados, chopped
    Italian dressing (as desired)
    pork rinds (as desired)
Preparation
    Drain and rinse cactus in cold water.
    Put in a medium size bowl with onion, tomatoes, avocado and dressing; chill.
    Just before serving stir in pork rinds.
