Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine and cream sugar, margarine and eggs; add pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Stir in nuts. Butter 4 (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Fill pans half full with batter.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
