Avanti'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
10 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water (115\u00b0).
Mix in remaining ingredients. Knead.
Place in greased bowl.
Turn over.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Punch down.
Let rise again.
Grease 5 bread pans. Divide dough into 5 equal parts.
Place in bread pans and cover. Let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
