Pork Sausage Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. finely crushed crackers
2 lb. pork sausage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped apple
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly and add milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well as a meat loaf. Pat firmly into a greased 6-cup ring mold and chill overnight.
