Banana Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans or flaked coconut
Preparation
    Peel bananas and slice in half crosswise.
    Brush bananas with orange juice.
    Insert skewers in cut end of bananas and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
    Freeze until firm.
