Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. banana pulp
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray or grease loaf pan lightly, then flour lightly.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Blend until creamy margarine or butter, sugar and vanilla.
Beat in eggs, banana pulp and chopped nuts.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of unbaked loaf.
Bake 1 hour.
