Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large mushroom caps
6 1/2 oz. albacore tuna (packed in water), rinsed and drained
1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chopped celery
Preparation

Microwave mushroom caps on High 1 minute.
With slotted spoon, transfer to bowl of ice water with cubes.
Now place on paper toweling, stems down, and pat dry.
Mix onion, celery, capers, mustard and mayonnaise.
Stir in tuna.
Divide among caps, mounded.
Garnish with dill.
