Vi'S Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. buttermilk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Put sugar, shortening and salt into a large bowl.
    Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup buttermilk (that you have added soda to), then alternate the rest of the milk and flour.
    Roll out very thin and cut into shape.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
