Instant Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 c. Quik chocolate milk mix
1/2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Store cocoa mix in an airtight container.
To serve, place 1/3 cup mix in cup. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well.
Yields 5 cups or 15 servings or microwave water in cup and add 1/3 cup of mix to hot water.
