Robby'S Banana Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cups of sweetened flaked coconut
    3 tbs. of butter
    1/2 cup of brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup of dark rum
    6 bananas peeled and sliced
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Brown coconut in skillet and set aside. Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in skillet. Cook until sugar dissolves. Stir in rum and bring to a boil. Add bananas. Cook for 5 minutes on medium temperature. Spoon on top of ice cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
