Best Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. All purpose flour
    1 tsp. Nutmeg
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Baking soda
    2 c. Sugar
    4 Eggs
    1 c. Oil
    2/3 c. Water
    3 Bananas, mashed
    1 c. Pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift together the first 5 ingredients, set aside. In a large bowl mix together sugar, eggs, oil and water. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the nuts and bananas.
    Pour into 2 medium loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
