Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potato
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/3 stick melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat 5 minutes.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover with topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
