Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. chopped raw zucchini or shredded
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order listed.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes in greased pans.
    Makes 3 small loaves or 2 regular loaves. Fill pans 2/3 full.
