Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

    2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    3 eggs
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into two 9-inch skillets.
