Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, beating until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
Stir in mincemeat and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on Pam sprayed baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
Cool.
