Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Combine first six ingredients in large bowl.
Add baking mix and pecans, stirring just until blended.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Loosen sides of loaf from pan.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
