Ingredients

3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
5 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Beat
with a mixer the white sugar, 3/4 cup melted oleo and hot mashed potatoes.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand
5
minutes.
Add
well beaten eggs to 1st mixture. Add yeast
mixture.
Add
3 cups of flour and beat with mixer. Add 2 cups flour and beat with wooden spoon.
Cover; let rise until double.
