Sauteed Apple Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 medium-sized real Delicious apples, quartered and cut in 1/2-inch wide wedges
2 medium-sized Granny Smith apples, quartered and cut in 1/2-inch wide wedges
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add apple and cook about 5 minutes, stirring 3 to 4 times, until almost tender.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook 1 to 2 minutes more, until apples are tender and glazed.
