Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm-to-hot water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. unbleached flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. Wesson Oil
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour warm-to-hot water into large mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle dry yeast into water.
    Add sugar, salt.
    Sift and measure 3 c. unbleached flour, stir into above mixture.
    Let rest 20 minutes.
