Baked Snapper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms, diced
4 scallions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh rosemary
ground pepper
3 lb. snapper
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 lemon
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter.
Add vegetables. Saute 10 minutes.
Mix in bread crumbs, spices, juice of lemon and wine vinegar.
Stir over low heat 3 minutes.
Spoon on snapper fillets. Bake 30 minutes.
