Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (beaten)
    1 cup oil
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups zucchini, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 cups flour
    1/2 cup nuts
Preparation
    Zucchini does not need to be pared. Mix all ingredients. Grease pans. Make 2 large loaves single batch or 5 (1 lb.) coffee cans for a double batch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
