Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. macaroni
    12 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small medium chopped onion
    1 small box of Cheese-It crackers
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Do not drain completely.
    Butter 9 x 12 dish. Mix all ingredients except crackers.
    Crush whole box of Cheese-It crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes or until crackers are brown.
