Mexican Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken (light and dark)
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 drops Tabasco
    2 c. corn chips or broken up fried tacos
    1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the chicken, onions, green pepper, soup and Tabasco.
    Fold in the corn chips.
    Place in a shallow baking pan, about 9 x 12-inches in size.
    Spread grated cheese over the top.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted and started to turn golden brown.
    Serve at once, piping hot.
    Serves 6.
