Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 6 small (or 2 large) greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes (70 minutes for large pans).
    Batter is thin.
