Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. each: baking powder, vanilla, almond extract and salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done. While loaves are still hot in pans, drizzle glaze over top. Remove from pans and cool.
