Zucchini-Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced zucchini or squash
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 slices bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Layer half the zucchini, tomato and onion in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with half the salt and cheese. Repeat layers.
    Crumble bacon on top.
    Cover and microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
