Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. molasses
    1 c. chopped walnuts and/or raisins (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. zucchini or summer squash, peeled (uncooked)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil; mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to the egg mixture.
    Add the squash, nuts, raisins and vanilla.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans or a large Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
