Mom'S Low-Fat Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder or garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 (4 oz.) pieces skinless, boneless chicken (3 oz. cooked)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and spices in plastic bag or in bowl.
    Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
    Heat tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet.
    Quickly add chicken.
    Brown over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes per side, until golden brown on all sides.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove chicken from skillet and place on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Bake until done (approximately 30 minutes).
    Serves 4.
