Ingredients

4 oz. diet margarine
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavor salt
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
24 packets granulated sugar substitute
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 oz. dietetic milk chocolate bar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream margarine, oil, egg, vanilla, salt, dry milk and sugar substitute until fluffy.
In separate bowl, mix flour and soda.
Add dry ingredients to cream mixture. Chop chocolate bar and stir into batter.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown. Yield: 4 dozen cookies.
