Food For Angels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff, gradually add sugar and vanilla, fold in crackers and nuts.
    Place in buttered pan (9 x 13 x 2-inch). Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle with coconut.
    Can be frozen.
    Can decorate with cherries.
    Keep in refrigerator.
