Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
