Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
4 c. flour
1 tsp. each soda, salt and cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add 10x sugar, eggs, oil and flavorings.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix.
Chill for 2 hours. Spoon into balls and flatten with glass dipped in water and sugar. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or lightly brown.
