Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pressure cooker.
Place meat balls in cooker. Cover; set control and cook 8 minutes after control jiggles.
Cool pan and put under faucet 5 minutes before opening.
